Liz has been involved in and teaching Dance, Yoga and Meditation for forty years, including twenty three years with Prescott College. Her approach is light hearted, compassionate, and skillful.  Liz’s goal and passion is to support you in accessing your rich inner guidance, resources, and intuition.  Along with a M.A. in Dance and Transformation,  Liz has have a B.A. in Sociology/Anthropology and is certified in Yoga, Hypnotherapy, and Reiki. She often travels to deepen her perspective and creativity. She received her 200 hour yoga teacher certification through Satya Loka Tantra Yoga, Rishikesh, India.

Cheryl Van Demark is health professional, teacher and writer dedicated to integrating yoga therapeutics into health care and self-care. She is a physical therapist, certified yoga therapist and yoga teacher with a Master’s degree in physical education and exercise science. Cheryl has enjoyed over 35 years of helping individuals optimize body alignment, restore movement, build strength and cultivate a balance in body, mind and spirit to pursue joyful living. She is currently serving her community by facilitating an interprofessional and integrative self-care program for chronic pain at Yavapai Regional Medical Center in Prescott, Arizona. Cheryl also offers integrative therapeutic services, yoga-based retreats and experiential training for health professionals promoting well-being through her business, Health In Motion LLC.

Education:
Cheryl received her BS in Physical Therapy in 1983 and her MA in Physical Education through Northern Arizona University in 1991 and completed an Integrative Health and Lifestyle program with the University of Arizona in 2014. “C-IAYT” designates certification with the International Yoga Therapy Association’s as a yoga therapist.

Cheryl completed her yoga teacher training in 2008 and her Yoga Therapist education in 2010. For seven years, she served as a faculty member with the Integrative Yoga Therapy Program, now the Kripalu School of Integrative Yoga Therapy, a program that educates yoga teachers to become yoga therapists.

Cheryl is an adjunct faculty at Yavapai College for yoga instruction and assists with yoga teacher training programs at Prescott College and local yoga studios, providing the anatomy and physiology components of the curriculum.
